In this collage, the beautiful and calm light purple and gold background paper, with white birds flying in harmonious formations, translates the essence of today’s message regarding the crucial importance of finding silence within. In the sacred space of our hearts, we find blissful calm and who we truly are as fractals of Source.
The large central purple circle with golden waves, symbolizes the perpetual noise, agitation and chaos the mind and ego often keep us in, if we don’t take the reins. One minute a day or more of pure blissful, noiseless, meditation or mindful being, can recenter us.
